According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center (NEMRC), a 3.9 magnitude earthquake hit Sankuwasahba at 3:07 PM on Friday, with the epicenter near Gadi Danda Bazar.
The Sankhuwasabha administration said they don’t yet know how much damage the earthquake caused and are working to get more information.
