The fourth edition of the military exercise between the Nepali and American armies has begun today.

According to the Directorate of Public Relations and Information of the Nepalese Army, the exercise will involve knowledge exchange regarding methods and procedures to make search and rescue operations more effective. The joint exercise will take place in Kathmandu, Makwanpur, and Dhading.

Since 2012, the exercise has been conducted with the aim of exchanging experiences in disaster management and humanitarian assistance to enhance disaster response capabilities. The exercise will conclude on October 4. RSS
