The Election Commission issues a notice to allow the registration of forms for the local level members’ re-election.

The Election Commission has announced the re-election date as Mangsir 16, 2081.

The Commission urged all parties to register their forms to participate in the local level members’ re-election.

The registration form will open on Ashoj 10 and close on Ashoj 16.

The Election Commission notified all participants to follow the relevant articles of the constitution, including Article 217 of the Constitution of Nepal and Article 4 of the Political Parties Act-2073.

The Political Party Registration Act, 2074, Schedule 12, states that applications for party registration must be submitted to the Election Commission office in the specified format.
