Today, Nepal police apprehended seven protesters with black flags in front of Baneswor Parliament.
They are protesting in front of Gate Number 3 of the Parliament building.
The protesters are under the command of Dharmendra Bastola, who is from the CPN majority, according to Nawraj Adhikari, SP of the District Police of Kathmandu.
The arrested protesters are under the Metropolitan Police Circle of Baneswor.
