On Sunday, the district administration office of Kaski was deceived by Chipledhunga Marwadi Bhojanalaya.

The administration had organized an interactive program on drugs at the Education Development and Coordination Unit.

The program had the participation of 40 individuals, including principals from various schools and staff members.

The administration contracted the snack from Marwadi Bhojanalaya, Pokhara. However, the lower quality and quantity of snacks were delivered to the administration office by the Marwadi restaurant.

Immediately, the administration issued a fine notice to Marwadi Bhojanalaya with a penalty of two lakhs.

The restaurant was penalized for violating the Consumer Protection Act, 2075, Section 38, Clause (g), as stated by Ganga Bahadur Chhetri, the Assistant Chief of the District Office, Kaski.
