The Nepal Police have filed a case against Tikram Bhusal for offenses against the state.
On Ashoj 3rd, a 60-year-old Bhusal allegedly protested against the constitution at Maitighar.
The Muluki Criminal Code Act, 2074, Section 51(a) addresses offenses against the state.
An investigation has begun against Bhusal, with a five-day extension granted by the court, as stated by DSP Navaraj Adhikari, spokesperson for the District Area Police, Kathmandu.
Police apprehended Bhusal for undermining national pride, independence, freedom, territorial integrity, sovereignty, and the dignity of the country.
Bhusal was from Paiu Municipality-3, Parbat District.
