Today, the 36th Annual General Meeting of National Life Insurance Company approved the dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.

At the meeting in the company’s central office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu, a 14% dividend was approved on the proposed paid-up capital of NPR 5 billion 10 million 66 thousand 425 for the year. This includes a 10% cash dividend and 4% bonus shares. Additionally, NPR 36 million 92 thousand 68.39 was approved for taxes related to these dividends and shares.

The meeting approved the expenses for the fiscal year 2079/80 according to the Companies Act, 2063. It also accepted the annual and auditor’s reports for that year. Additionally, the meeting agreed to appoint an auditor and set their pay for the fiscal year 2080/81.
