On Monday, jetboats started operations on the Saptakoshi River in Chatara.

Jetboats provide easy and fast services for travelers to reach Bhojpur in 10 minutes. Jetboats operate from Chatara to Barah Kshetra, Barah Kshetra to the Bhojpur border, Hatuwagadhi.

Jetboats have been launched to facilitate easy transportation for citizens across the Saptakoshi River, as stated by Chief District Officer Ramchandra Tiwari.

He added that at the start of the monsoon, the Sunsari administration restricted the operation of jetboats. However, with the cessation of rainfall and the decreasing water level and flow in the Saptakoshi River, the operation of jetboats has been resumed.
